A little backstory on Proper Apparel Boutique
We are a family-run business. And it’s probably no surprise that we’ve always loved to shop! Some of our best memories together involve shopping: school clothes shopping, homecoming dress shopping, wedding dress shopping, a Nordstrom shopping spree courtesy of Oprah. #IKnowRight We love the experience of it all – when it’s done right! Our goal is to provide the opportunity for women of all shapes and sizes to feel like they belong in the clothes they love, and help them celebrate the body they’re in.
* Meet Sandy: Boutique Owner (& our mom)
She has an appreciation for quality and her attention to detail is unmatched! She loves a great fabric, sturdy seams, and classic silhouettes. And you should see her excitement when she scores a good deal on an item she loves! Sandy is the hardest, and possibly savviest, worker you’ll ever meet. (We’re not sure if she actually sleeps.) Her work ethic is second only to her love and genuine care for others.
* Meet Ellen: Store Manager (& stylist extraordinaire)
Ellen brings a background of 8+ years in the retail industry and has grown to know the wants and needs of women. Her customers trust her with their style in ways we don't often see; she understands that shopping is an emotional experience for women, not just about what they look like. She has a gift for honing into clients’ individualities and making them feel comfortable all while looking their best! We promise, you’ll leave our boutique feeling like you just made a new friend. (Because you have. ❤)
* Meet Meghan: No Title (just loves to shop)
Meghan is someone who genuinely loves the expression of one’s self through style! She loves mixing in trendier pieces and taking style risks, but also knows the importance of comfort while navigating #MomLife. While she will primarily be managing our sister business next door, Prim Aesthetics, you may still see her skimming the racks at Proper.
We are so looking forward to meeting you and learning more about #your story!
Our Grand Opening on November 23, 2020
